Recently, the Economic Daily News interviewed me and published an article in Chinese about my musical journey ( as shown above ) . Reading it made me reflect on my own path, and I would like to share my thoughts here.

My journey in music has never been easy or straightforward. There were many moments of doubt when I questioned myself—whether I was good enough or whether my playing could truly touch people. But I’ve learned that every challenge and every doubt has pushed me to grow stronger.

Standing on stage, whether at Hunan Concert Hall or Carnegie Hall, I realized that courage is just as important as technique. My teacher once told me, “Be a queen on stage—brave and confident.” These words changed how I see music. It is not about playing perfectly, but about sharing emotions honestly.

Above all, I feel deeply grateful—for my teachers who guide me, for my family who always supports me, and for the audiences who listen with open hearts. Their support gives me the strength to continue, even when the road feels uncertain.
