Biography

Belle Chi is an award-winning young pianist from the United States, widely recognized as one of the most promising talents of her generation. At the age of nine, she became the youngest recipient of the prestigious Yamaha Star title and has since performed at major venues such as Carnegie Hall, Tokyo Opera City, The Juilliard School, and Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay.

 

She has won over 20 international first prizes, including the Elizabeth International Music Competition, Manchester International Music Competition, and the Pacific Stars International Piano Competition. In 2025, she earned 2nd Prize and the Best Chopin Concerto No. 1 Award at the Chopin in Cyprus International Concerto Competition, performing with the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra.

 

Praised for her expressive artistry and technical brilliance, Belle currently studies with Alexandre Moutouzkine, is mentored by Congyu Wang, and previously studied under Grace Chung, who played a key role in shaping her early musical foundation.
