Yokohama Concert Performances – Mendelssohn & Prokofiev Piano Concertos

In February 2026, Belle appeared in Yokohama, Japan, performing two major piano concertos on consecutive days, marking an important artistic milestone in her concert career.

The program featured the Piano Concerto No. 1 in G minor by Felix Mendelssohn and the Piano Concerto No. 1 in D-flat major by Sergei Prokofiev.

Presenting these two works within the same concert engagement highlights Belle’s ability to navigate contrasting musical languages — from Mendelssohn’s lyrical elegance and classical clarity to Prokofiev’s rhythmic drive, bold textures, and modern pianistic demands — at a young age.

These performances reflect her ongoing artistic development as a soloist, demonstrating both expressive depth and technical command across diverse stylistic periods.
